Accessing and activating your Ed2go class
If you are having difficulties accessing your class try this:
- Look for an email that has the subject, ed2go.com online class activation link
- The sender will be: nopreply@ed2go.com
- You will be given directions: To confirm and activate this class registration with ed2go.com you must now click on the following link which will be included in the email. The following is just a sample as yours will be a specific link to your class:

- When you arrive at “Activate My Class”, Click where it says “If you do not have a username yet, click here.”
- Fill in a username and a password and follow the directions to enjoy your on-line class.

Do you offer classes that are taught entirely online?
Yes! You may browse through all the online classes by clicking on the "courses" link on the left and then click on "Online Classes."
Who can attend Community Education classes?
Community Education classes are open to the entire community. While classes are generally designed for adults, many are appropriate for teenagers and some are specifically for children. Please call Community Education at 661-362-3300 if you have questions about a specific class.
Will I get grades or college credits for Community Education classes?
No. You will not get grades or college credits for Community Education classes.
Do I need a parking permit?
YES. Your "Class Confirmation" which looks like a receipt is your parking permit! Please be sure to put it in your front window each time to attend that class. If you like, you may ink out your name from the receipt.
May I get a refund if Community Education cancels a class?
Yes. Preregistered students will be notified if a class is canceled. You may choose a full refund or have your fees transferred to another class. Please allow 3 weeks for check refunds and two days for credit card refunds.
May I get a refund if I drop a class?
If you are unable to attend a class for which you registered, you must notify Community Education at least two working days before the class begins, otherwise a refund will not be issued. Once proper notice has been received, your registration fee, minus a $10.00 cancelation fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after class begins.
I have an idea for a class! What should I do?
Please call Community Education at 661-362-3300 or visit it the College of the Canyons, Community Education site at www.canyons.edu/CommunityEd. We are always looking for new topics and individuals who love to teach!
I am having trouble with the website. Is there a human who can help me?
Yes! The Community Education staff is available to assist you Monday through Wednesday, 11:00 am -- 5:00 pm, and Thursdyas 9:00am -- 2:00pm at 661-362-3300. If you need assistance after hours, please leave a message, and someone will call you back the next business day.
