In this hands-on (2-day) workshop we will be making Laminated Doughs from scratch!
Day 1: Learn how to make doughs from scratch and complete 'turns' on your doughs, including Parisian Croissant dough, European Danish.
Day 2: Proofing and Shaping your doughs, finishing and Baking of homemade Croissants and Danishes. Participants should be prepared to take home A LOT of delicious pastries!
Required: Please wear pants and no open toe shoes
